Beginning in July 2020, the new Mitch Warnock Act (SB1468) mandates that Arizona school staff who work with students in grades 6 through 12 must receive evidence-based suicide prevention training.

Join us for a webinar for Arizona district leaders, where you’ll learn about:

  • What the law requires and what must be included in suicide prevention training
  • The shortlist of training options approved by the Arizona Department of Education and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System
  • How Santa Cruz County is successfully training their educators
Ensure that your district is ready to equip your educators and school staff with the right skills to support the mental health of young students.
