The COVID-19 pandemic has put significant strain on schools of health professions as it disrupts in-person training, standard coursework, and licensure.

The loss of clinical hours as a result of new COVID protocols has left many students without enough required training to meet educational requirements, graduate, or enter the workforce. Institutions are reacting to the challenge with curricular changes that help health profession students continue their training using technology to supplement for lost clinical encounter hours.

Join us for a webinar where you'll learn:

  • Research demonstrating the efficacy off virtual simulation training, and examples from several successful implementations
  • A demonstration and overview of a Kognito evidence-based virtual simulation used for clinical encounter practice
  • How schools of nursing, social work, and medicine are using simulation technology to supplement curricula, implement distance learning, and replace lost clinical encounter hours
