Webinar For 2018 GLS - How Kognito Meets Grant Requirements

SAMHSA has recently released its 2018 GLS Campus Suicide Prevention Grant Program. This program provides $102,000 per year for three years to develop and implement a comprehensive suicide prevention program on campuses. The deadline for applications is February 20, 2018.

Since 2010, Kognito has supported more than 350 schools and 50% of GLS grantees to:

  • Train faculty, staff, and students to address suicide prevention, mental health, and substance use among students.
  • Address the needs of special populations on campus such as veterans and LGBTQ students.
  • Build knowledge about on- and off-campus about suicide prevention, mental health, and substance use services.
  • Generate quarterly evaluation and reporting data that meets SAMHSA requirements.
